Live Well. It is a simple directive, but somehow - in our hectic world - it can seem like it is something that is a lot easier said than done. I'm Anne Stericker, and I started my lifestyle consulting business in 2002 to offer my clients a way to create more time and space in their lives for the things that are really important to them. In essense: to help them live well. In the process, I learned that people often have lost touch with what is truly important to them, and that sometimes leads to a sense of longing or dissatisfaction that can be hard to pinpoint. During this time, I also discovered that one of the things that gives me the most joy is helping people reconnect with that part of them that just knows what they want and need out of life, and then helping them take action to go get it. I would love to help you discover your own personal recipe for happiness and contentment so you can create more space for the things you really enjoy. Please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a complimentary consultation. For more information about the types of coaching services I provide, click here.

Live. Well. Tip. Winter 2014
This tip might add more pleasure to your life than you could ever imagine: Don't Do It Yourself. Let's face it, all of us are good at some things (maybe even many things), but no one is good at everything. This article from organizing guru Julie Morgenstern beautifully illustrates the advantages of delegating those tasks that are outside of our own area of expertise. Food for thought as we start of another wonderful year. Here's to a joyful and pleasure-filled 2014!
Live. Eat. Well.
