Live. Travel. Well.
Have you ever wished there were more than 24 hours in a day? What would you do with that extra time? Spend time growing your business? Take your children to the park for a play date? Prepare a healthy meal for dinner?
I'm Anne Stericker, and I started my lifestyle management business in 2002 to offer my clients a way to simplify their busy lives so they could finally have more free time for things that are really important to them.
Since then, I have realized there are many reasons people might not be living their ideal lives, and I have begun coach training with life coach and best-selling author Martha Beck so I can learn how to really help my clients address the personal beliefs that might be holding them back from getting the most joy and pleasure from life.
In the meantime, I continue to help my clients with all types of projects and tasks in the following areas: Lifestyle Management and Personal Assistance. And, because my clients work with me, personally, they benefit from my unique expertise and attention.
I would love to help you create more time and enjoyment in your life. Please call me at (310) 737-8536 or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a complimentary consultation to find out how I can help you have more time for the things you really enjoy!

Live. Well. Tip. Fall 2013
This tip might add more pleasure to your life than you could ever imagine: Don't Do It Yourself. Let's face it, all of us are good at some things (maybe even many things), but no one is good at everything. This article from organizing guru Julie Morgenstern beautifully illustrates the advantages of delegating those tasks that are outside of our own area of expertise. Food for thought as we start of another wonderful year. Here's to a joyful and pleasure-filled 2012!

How I can help:
Lifestyle Management and Coaching: This service is helps you create a life with more ease and comfort by helping you get projects off your plate so you have more time for things you enjoy. These are just a few ways I can help: keeping track of important deadlines, researching and contacting vendors to get estimates, filling out forms and paperwork, bookkeeping, household project management, event planning and coordinating, and travel research and planning. The bottom line: If it’s on your To-Do List, I can take care of it for you.
Personal Assistance: When you need to get business projects completed, but you don't have a full-time executive assistant or marketing specialist on staff, my executive assistant services can bridge the gap. I am an expert in all MS Office programs, and, often, I am asked to handle tasks such as producing PowerPoint presentations, creating and maintaining contact lists and databases, creating mail merges, and web site creation and maintenance. Note: Many administrative tasks can be completed, remotely ("virtually"), from my home office.
